THE ART SCHOOL – Tomás Saraceno. Aria Workshops with artists

To tie in with its Tomás Saraceno. Aria exhibition, Palazzo Strozzi is running a new edition of The Art School, a cycle of workshops held by artists and collectives exploring the themes of the exhibition in greater depth and revisiting them in a creative vein.

The event is held thanks to the support of Unicoop Firenze.

After the suspension of on-site activities due to the health crisis, the project will now be revived in a new format based on remote workshops split into several different events held over the course of a week.

Tomás Saraceno’s research combines art with the natural and social sciences; his works show how every organism is part of a complex whole made up of endless connections. Interacting with the exhibition, the artists invited to the new edition of The Art School will be holding workshops designed to reflect on the concept of “togetherness”, analysing it from a variety of different scientific and social standpoints.
