Family Kit – American Art

The Family Kit is a tool designed by Palazzo Strozzi to allow children and adults to share their experiences in the exhibition in a creative and fun way.

For the American Art exhibition the Kit is shaped like a brochure with activities to perform in the exhibition halls, then it turns into a large sheet that you can use to continue enjoying the show and letting art inspire you in the comfort of your own home.

The  Kit’s pages contain in-depth information and suggestions for discovering American art and on the ways in which artists experimented with different styles. Let their works inspire you too, to express your ideas and give free rein to your creativity.

With the Family Kit you can observe, invent, learn and create your own stories to explore the world of art, sharing your experience with the whole family.

The Family Kit is designed both to be used in Palazzo Strozzi’s exhibition halls and to allow you to complete your experience at home. You can pick up the paper version at the exhibition entrance or download the digital version available online.

This activity has been produced with the generous support of Unicoop Firenze.
