Ticket office

The ticket office is open daily from 10.00 to 19.00, Thursdays until 22.00.

Reservations and advance sales

We strongly recommend purchasing your ticket online to ensure direct access to the exhibition without having to go to the ticket office and to minimize waiting times. Tickets can also be purchased at the Palazzo Strozzi ticket office on the day of the visit.

Tickets purchased in advance unused for reasons for which the organizer is not responsible cannot be refunded.

Groups

For all groups (consisting of five or more people) planning to visit the exhibition, the reservation and purchase of tickets in advance are mandatory and must be made through the booking office. For further information please visit this page.

Accessibility

Palazzo Strozzi is barrier-free.

The entrance with ramp to the Palazzo is located on Via Strozzi. In case of need, you can get in touch with the ticket office by pressing the button or calling the number indicated.
An elevator located in the courtyard is available to access the exhibition floor.

Visitors can request at the ticket office the use of the wheelchair located in the cloakroom on the second floor.

The restrooms in the exhibition areas are accessible to people with mobility disabilities.
